Hotel extension including conferencing facilities, administration Offices, carpark/landscape lighting and surveillance

A Design and Build Project submitted for tender, based on performance specification to the Clients outline.

The specific requirements under the design were the Atrium lighting installation and the Associated Sunken Lounge lighting installation.

The project involved the design of the mains distribution, small power, general / emerghency lighting and modifications to the existing fire detection systems.
