Final Issue

On approval the draft manual and "As Fitted" drawings all information is saved to an indexed and labeled CD,Floppy Disk, Zip Disk or Mini CD depending on the project size, and returned.

Should the building be further modified and extended in later years the original manual can also be amended to align with the new installation, circuit charts updated, drawings revised etc. etc. thus keeping an accurate record of the installation particulars.

Annual fire alarm, emergency lighting and inspection certificates can also be inserted as digital data into the relevant "Maintenance Record" section.
